Job Summary and Qualifications

The Trainer is responsible for low level education material maintenance and delivery of content-specific curriculums. This individual works closely with Learning and Development teams to ensure course content and delivery meets the needs of targeted audiences. Skilled in facilitation and interpersonal communication, the Trainer consistently demonstrates solid organizational skills, time management, and professionalism.

What You Will Do in this Role:

• Applies adult learning concepts when delivering educational programs
• Teaches classes and assists other instructors in classroom and work settings
• Utilizes available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes
• Assists in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic education program Utilizes a training database to track competencies and skills for SSC staff
• Provides training reports to SSC managers and directors
• Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree required
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements
• One year of relation experience required
• This is a work from home position that requires high-speed internet with a 25 MB Download and 6 MB Upload. Wifi is not permitted
